About Heidi
Hi! I’m Heidi Quarles, the founder of Apple Property Inspections LLC, and I’m proud to serve buyers, sellers, homeowners, and renters throughout Fayette, Hardeman, and Shelby County, Tennessee with thorough, easy-to-understand home inspections.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama. With a background in corporate accounting and financial planning, I bring a detail-oriented mindset and analytical skills to every inspection. My experience managing finances for both large companies and small businesses has taught me the importance of accuracy, transparency, and clear communication—all qualities I bring into every home I inspect.
I am a homeschool mom. I have educated my children from kindergarten through high school. That role has sharpened my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and patiently—an asset I now use to help my clients understand their home’s systems and conditions.
I have also spent the past nine years supporting my husband’s home improvement contractor business, giving me valuable hands-on exposure to residential construction practices and the real-world issues faced in maintaining a safe and functional home.
